Return and Refund Policy:
Products eligible for return include those that are physically damaged, defective, have missing parts, or differ from their description on the product details page. If your item meets any of these conditions, you are entitled to initiate a return.
Return Period: Customers have 15 calendar days from the receipt date to initiate a return. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be accepted. Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be packed in their original packaging with all parts included. Shipping Back: You must ship the products back within 4 days of receiving the return address to qualify for a refund. The products must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, unpacked, modified, or removed from the original packaging, as well as custom or made-to-order items, are not eligible for return. This includes shades, bulbs, or accessories purchased individually. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@lightstylehub.com. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Refund Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days through your original payment method. An email will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Cancellations:
You may cancel an order within 72 hours of placement, excluding custom or special orders (restocking fees may apply). If the order has shipped within this period, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
Change of Mind Returns:
Light Style Hub accepts change-of-mind returns within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Light Style Hub will refund the product value, excluding original shipping and handling costs. Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
If your refund has not been received, please check with your bank and credit card issuer, as processing times may vary. If still not visible within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Items:
We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us promptly if any issues arise. Refunds are not provided for defective or damaged items; exchanges only.
Shipping Policy for Returns:
To return an item, ship it to the address provided in the refund approval email. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, including international returns. Declared values should be under $60 for returns via Post Service to avoid tax fees. After shipping, please provide us with a tracking number. For items over $75, we suggest using trackable shipping services or insurance. Ensure no additional items are included in your return package, as Light Style Hub will not return these items to you.
Refusal of Acceptance of Orders Policy:
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched and delivered order, they will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and associated costs. A 25% restocking fee may apply, covering repackaging and refurbishing. Customers acknowledge these fees when placing an order.
Amendments to the Policy:
Light Style Hub reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with changes posted on our website effective immediately upon posting.
No-Return Policy on Faucets:
Customers are responsible for reviewing faucet specifications before purchase. Any attempt to return non-defective faucets is a breach of this agreement. For defective items, we will replace them as part of our quality assurance.
